Violet and the other vampires watched as the Fire spell wreaked havoc on the lands before them. None of them could've predicted the destruction of a single Spell Scroll: Fire. But doubt clouded their minds as a sudden dip—a sinkage—within the cone of flames caught their attention.

Beneath Dagon City, Chambers and Bora were brought dried rations to eat. They sat within their cell without seals as they ate. Bora had removed his helm and chest plate to enjoy the slight chill within the cell.

Jetta dropped, ducking out of the snowite's clawed jab, and countered with a clawed spear of her own through the snowite's chest.
